Convert between units — length, weight, temperature and area, plus data sizes and specialist engineering units.

Covers metric and imperial conversion, Celsius and Fahrenheit, Japanese traditional units such as tsubo and shaku, and the more specialist units that come up at work: data size, transfer rate, illuminance, viscosity, torque, density and frequency. Conversion factors come from SI definitions or from widely used standard definitions. Every converter works in both directions — type into either field and the other updates — so you can answer "what is this in the other unit" without thinking about which way round you are going.
