How fixes are found
When writing each toolโs explanation, we run the example numbers through the tool itself and check them against published standards and test values (such as RFC test vectors). Any mismatch found along the way is fixed as a bug and recorded here, including corrections to the explanations themselves.

- Fix๐ท Barcode Reader: Could not read UPC-E barcodes: the reading libraryโs UPC-E path had three faults, so the site now uses a corrected decoder.

2D Codes
- Fix๐ท Barcode Reader: Could not read Codabar (NW-7): the reading library leaves it out unless formats are listed explicitly.
- Fix๐ถ Code 11 Barcode Generator: Did not add the check digits scanners expect.
- Fix๐ Code93 Barcode Generator: The mandatory check characters were missing, so scanners rejected the barcode.
- Fix๐ MeCard QR Code Generator: The reserved โ:โ character was not escaped.
- Fix๐ Phone Number QR Code Generator: Spaces were kept in the number, which the tel: format does not allow.

- Fixโซ Grayscale Converter: Grayscale, filters, rotate, pixelate, watermark, blur, flip and split saved JPEG data under a .png name.
- Fix๐ฒ Image Splitter: Tiles could overlap or leave 1-pixel gaps when the image did not divide evenly.
