How the calculation works
To spark ideas for a babyโs name, this shows random picks from example lists of 10 Japanese boysโ names and 10 girlsโ names. โEitherโ draws from both lists. Names are not repeated within one set. Each name is shown with its kanji and reading, such as ้ฝ็ฟ (Haruto). It is not a popularity ranking or based on statistics; it is a starting point when you begin thinking about names.
