Generates a hanko (Japanese personal seal stamp)-style image on the spot from a name you enter, in circle or square form. Handy for document mockups, design drafts, or a decorative stamped look on a note.
How to use
- Enter the text you want on the stamp (a name, 2-4 characters is recommended).

How the calculation works
Enter a name or other characters to create an image that looks like the print of a Japanese hanko (seal), round or square. Choose a colour and save it as PNG or SVG. Characters are arranged automatically by count: 1 character: large in the centre 2โ3: one vertical column 4: a 2ร2 grid (first two characters on top, last two below) 5 or more: two vertical columns read right to left (up to 9) Use it for draft documents, design mock-ups, or a decorative touch on notes and New Year cards.

Things to be aware of
- These images cannot be used as a real registered, bank or everyday seal. Do not use them on contracts or official documents.
- Characters use your deviceโs font, not the seal scripts (tensho, insลtai) used on real hanko.
- Do not create images in another personโs name to impersonate them.
