Specify a starting year/month, weekday, occurrence (1st through 5th, or last), and how many months to generate, to get a list of dates matching a rule like "the 2nd Tuesday of every month." Handy for checking a schedule of recurring meetings or events.

How the calculation works
For monthly events defined by weekday, such as โevery second Tuesdayโ or โevery last Fridayโ, this tool lists the dates for up to 24 months from the month you choose. It starts from the current month. For each month it finds the first occurrence of the weekday from the weekday of the 1st and adds 7 days at a time to reach the nth one. โLastโ counts back from the end of the month. Months with no fifth occurrence show โnot foundโ. Use it to fill in a calendar with regular meetings, collection days, community gatherings, monthly sales or any other event set by weekday.
Worked example
Six months of โ2nd Tuesdayโ from October 2026 October 13, 2026 November 10, 2026 December 8, 2026 January 12, 2027 February 9, 2027 March 9, 2027 With โ5th Fridayโ, dates appear only in months that have five Fridays.
Things to be aware of
- Dates that fall on public holidays are not marked. Check them against the holiday list.
- Calendar apps such as Google Calendar can also repeat โmonthly on the second Tuesdayโ. Checking the upcoming dates here first is a good way to confirm it.
- The list continues across year boundaries.

What if a month has no matching date?
For a rule like the 5th occurrence of a weekday, if that month doesnโt have one, "not found" is shown for that month.
Can I see a whole year of "2nd Tuesday" meeting dates at once?
Yes โ set the starting year/month, "2nd", "Tuesday", and the number of months you need, and the matching dates are listed.
How is this calculated?
For each month, it calculates which date the selected weekday occurs on for the chosen occurrence, repeating this for the number of months specified.
