How are the quarters divided?
Based on the calendar year (starting in January): Q1 is Jan-Mar, Q2 is Apr-Jun, Q3 is Jul-Sep, and Q4 is Oct-Dec. Note this differs from an April-starting fiscal year, which many Japanese companies use.
