How the calculation works
Enter a phone number to make a QR code that opens the phone app with the number filled in. The code holds a tel: link (RFC 3966): TEL:03-1234-5678 Spaces are not allowed in phone numbers in this format, so they are removed. Hyphens and a leading + for the country code are kept.

Things to be aware of
- Scanning does not dial automatically; the number can be checked before pressing Call.
- If people may call from abroad, use international format: drop the leading 0 and add +81 (03-1234-5678 โ +81-3-1234-5678).
- On tablets without calling, scanning will not open a call screen.
