๐Ÿ“ท EXIF Metadata Viewer

Drag and drop an image, or click to select

Parses the EXIF metadata embedded in a JPEG photo and displays camera details, the date it was taken, exposure settings, and GPS location. Also useful for checking whether a photo unintentionally contains personal information (like a location) before you upload it somewhere.

How to use

  1. Drag and drop an image, or click to select a file.
  2. If EXIF data is present, it's parsed automatically and shown as a list.
  3. If GPS location data is embedded, the latitude and longitude are displayed.

FAQ

Does every JPEG have EXIF data?

No. Screenshots, images downloaded from social media, or images re-exported by editing software often have their EXIF data stripped.

Does this support PNG images?

No, the current version only supports JPEG images with EXIF-format metadata.

Is my uploaded image sent to a server?

No. All parsing happens entirely in your browser โ€” the image is never sent anywhere.
