A reflex game where moles pop up at random from 9 holes, and you have 30 seconds to click as many as you can. Time your clicks for the brief moment each mole is up to maximize your score.
How to use
- Click "Start" to begin the game.
- Click a mole as soon as it pops up from a hole to score a point.
- The game ends after the 30-second time limit โ see how it compares to your best score.
How the calculation works
Moles pop up from nine holes; hit as many as you can in 30 seconds. Each mole you click (or tap) scores a point. A mole appears in a random hole after a pause of 0.25โ0.5 seconds and stays up for 0.55โ0.95 seconds before ducking back down. The hole, the pause and how long it stays are all random each time. Your best score is kept while the page is open.
Worked example
Each appearance takes about 1.1 seconds on average, so about 26โ27 moles appear in 30 seconds. Scoring 20 or more means quick reactions.
Things to be aware of
- Looking at the middle of the board keeps your eyes close to every hole.
- On phones, tap with your finger.

Do the moles appear at the same spots and timing every time?
No. The hole a mole appears in, the gap before it appears, and how long it stays up are all randomized.
Can I change the time limit?
No, the current version is fixed at 30 seconds.
Is my best score saved?
Only for as long as this page stays open โ it resets if you reload the page.
